1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between amoicuci ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who registers for or uses the amoicuci online gaming and sports betting platform available at amoicuci.org and its associated subdomains and services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and each Member.

amoicuci operates an online casino, sportsbook, and associated gaming services. The platform is intended for use by eligible individuals in jurisdictions where accessing such services is lawful. By registering an account on amoicuci, you represent that you have reviewed the applicable laws in your jurisdiction and that your use of the platform is lawful.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the amoicuci platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. amoicuci strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any account where age cannot be adequately verified.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of amoicuci or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment service providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by amoicuci or another gaming operator, that remains in effect.

amoicuci reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to restrict or terminate access to any account that does not meet the above requirements. Any winnings generated by an ineligible account may be voided and withheld.

3. Account Registration and Know Your Customer (KYC)

To access real-money features of the amoicuci platform, you must register a Member account. Each individual may hold only one active amoicuci account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

During registration and at any time thereafter, amoicuci may request identity verification documents as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Required documents may include but are not limited to: a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and/or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time will result in account suspension and may delay or prevent withdrawals.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your amoicuci login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. amoicuci will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify amoicuci immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

amoicuci accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, FPX, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to:

• Full completion of KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal;
• Satisfaction of all applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• Withdrawal being made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and previously used for deposit (where technically applicable);
• The withdrawal amount not exceeding the platform's stated maximum per-transaction and per-period withdrawal limits.

amoicuci reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for accounts that have recently changed personal details, payment methods, or device/IP address. All transactions are processed in MYR. amoicuci is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rates applied by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

amoicuci may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: The amount by which a bonus (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots).
• Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active bonus is in your account, a maximum bet per round or per spin restriction may apply. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the bonus and derived winnings being voided.

amoicuci reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational use only; systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including through arbitrage or use of multiple accounts, constitutes Prohibited Activity under Section 7 and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual games and betting markets are published within the relevant sections of the amoicuci platform (e.g., Sportsbook rules, Casino game help files). In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms & Conditions and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

All bets placed on amoicuci are final once confirmed. amoicuci reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment or postponement (in accordance with sportsbook rules), system malfunction, or credible evidence of match manipulation or suspicious betting patterns.

In the event of a technical fault or interruption affecting game or bet integrity, amoicuci's decision as to the appropriate remedy — including voiding affected rounds and returning stakes — shall be final and binding on all affected Members.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the amoicuci platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials;
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any transaction that facilitates proceeds of crime;
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet;
• Systematic exploitation of software errors, glitches, or undisclosed promotions;
• Use of automated scripts, bots, or any software that interacts with the amoicuci platform other than an unmodified, human-operated browser;
• Allowing or facilitating access by a person under 21 years of age to an amoicuci account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the amoicuci platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the amoicuci brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of amoicuci.

9. Responsible Gaming

amoicuci is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all Members directly from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set session duration;
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the amoicuci platform.

Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, amoicuci will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded individual from accessing gaming services, including suppression of marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, amoicuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the amoicuci platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their amoicuci account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

amoicuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, including where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• amoicuci is required to do so by law, regulation, or the instruction of a licensing authority;
• amoicuci has reason to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• The Member has filed a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider in bad faith;
• The Member is subject to a self-exclusion or problem gambling identification protocol.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Member, amoicuci reserves the right to withhold the balance of that account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any genuine remaining balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

12. Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of personal data by amoicuci is governed by the amoicuci Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an amoicuci account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

amoicuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address or through an on-platform notification. The revised terms will be effective from the date stated in the update notice. Continued use of the amoicuci platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which amoicuci holds its international gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute between a Member and amoicuci, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where direct negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority.
